Beloved wife of the late John.
Loving mam to Loraine and the late Annette, much loved nan to Lynsey, Sonia, Katy and Lisa and great granny to Fred and Pearl.

Would family and friends please meet for funeral service on Thursday 9th October at Bluebell Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 2:30pm.

No flowers please, donations can be made in Sadie's memory to The Stroke Association
